On the morning of Oct. 6th, 2008, Mr. Ni Jianmin, Vice- chairman of All-China Federation of Trade Unions went to Mingfa Project in Hefei of Anhui Third Construction Engineering Group to inspect “Employee’s Library”. The Trade Union of Anhui Third Construction Engineering Group is the first to set up a project employee’s library. The library has been checked and accepted by Anhui Provincial Trade Union smoothly and has established the first “Employee’s Library Model in China” in Anhui.
