On April 7 2011, Algerian Minister of Education inspected Constantine University City Project undertaken by ACEG with the Governor of Constantine, leaders of Algerian National University Students Committee, Director of DLEP and local media.
With the accompaniment of project manager-Mr. Wu Fujun, the inspection group headed by Minister of Education learned about the overall construction situation and conducted investigation concerning completion schedule, construction progress and quality etc. Minister of Education expressed satisfaction with construction progress and quality, fully recognized completion schedule of project phase III put forward by ACEG and made valuable suggestion about project operation.
