As of January 18, 2021, keys to 878 new homes, completed by ACEG Algerian Branch, were handed over to the client. These housing units were built on 5 land plots and count as the first batch completed of the 6000-unit housing project in Constantine Province, Algeria. Algerian Housing Improvement and Development Agency (AADL), has expressed its satisfaction and given favorable comments on this.
The 6,000-unit housing project in Constantine is invested and developed by the Housing Improvement and Development Agency under Algerian Ministry of Housing and Development,it is a people`s livelihood project of great importance with large working volumes and covers a wide land areas of complex terrains, moreover, the land plots inside the red lines of the project contains a large number of existing municipal buildings which are outside the contractual ranges and the construction conditions are extremely complicated.
Nevertheless, since the beginning of last year, the project department has been working hard and given full play to the fine style of ACEG people – “Especially hard-working, especially capable of fighting”, overcome the huge pressures and adverse impacts caused by the epidemic and promoted epidemic prevention and control as a whole and resumed and completed all the scheduled works in ensured qualities and quantities. Next, the project department has made its commitment to continue to overcome difficulties and push forward the project.
